The Cabins

Welcome to our Cabins at Rustic Timbers. We are very proud of our beautiful, well maintained cabins. We have updated most cabins with new furniture and décor inside, all new dishes and kitchen utensils and wood flooring.  All cabins have a picnic table outside as well as a fire ring and charcoal grill. All cabins are furnished WITHOUT LINENS meaning we do not supply pillows, blankets, sheets or towels so please remember to bring them. Our cabins are divided into two categories: Rustic Cabins which have no indoor plumbing and are considered a sleeping accommodation and Premium Camping Cabins which have fully accommodating small kitchens and bathrooms.

Our RUSTIC CABINS are quaint little cabins tucked in a wooded setting. Each one, depending on the size of the cabin, have at least a single queen bed. The larger ones have twin bunks, and there is one that has a loft for an additional sleeping area with two twin mattresses. There is also a table and chairs or countertop with stools, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. They all have electric lighting, a space heater and air-conditioning. Outside the front door, enjoy a small porch with sitting chairs, freestanding grill, fire pit, picnic table, and potable drinking water. If you are looking for a simple camping experience this is for you!!

Our newly updated PREMIUM CAMPING CABINS are complete with a bathroom and a kitchen that is stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you’ll need. Most have a single queen bedroom, a sofa, kitchen table and chairs, and a TV and DVD player. We DO NOT currently have cable or wi-fi options available to any of our rental units.  All units have air-conditioning and a furnace. Most premium units have a loft with mattresses suitable for children to sleep on. (Exceptions being #4, #16 and #27, #35 and #57)  Each cabin has its own unique layout so don’t be afraid  to ask for help when choosing the cabin that is right for you.

Please keep in mind that cabins are only for the use of the guests registered to them.

Pets are allowed in some units with an additional nightly pet fee.

If you have special needs or accommodations please be sure to bring them to our attention while making your reservation so we can get you into a cabin that will work for you.  We also recommend that you book over the phone instead of booking online.

Cancellation Policy:
All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE, we will not accept an email cancellation. Please remember all deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the arrival date for a camp site and 30 days prior to the arrival date for cabins. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline we will issue a camping voucher, for a like reservation, to be applied towards another stay within 1 year of the cancellation date. There will be a $10 processing fee deducted from your deposit amount at the time the voucher is issued for a like reservation. Please note there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy such as weather, breakdowns, illness, death etc. Remember we don’t charge extra for sunshine so we don’t refund for rain.
