Things to Pack when you rent a Rustic Cabin
Make sure to pack: all bedding including pillows, sheets and blankets. Rustic cabins do not have running water in them. All cabins’ rates include 2 adults, children and 1 vehicle, there is a fee for any additional adult. Fees as follows:
- Extra Adult $10.00 per night (an adult is considered in any person over the age of 18)

Our snug 2-person log-sided cabins are our most popular cabins. They feature air-conditioning and a space heater, a queen-size bed, countertop with stools, small refrigerator, and microwave. Just outside there is a small deck with chairs, picnic table, freestanding grill and fire pit. $115.00 per night, 2 people included in price. Pillows and blankets are NOT included. Pets are allowed in this cabin at a rate of $30.00 per night.

This cabin also features a small refrigerator, microwave, air-conditioner and space heater, couch, and kitchen table and chairs. Just outside there is a small deck with chairs, picnic table, freestanding grill and fire pit. $115.00 per night, 2 adults and 3 children included in price. Pillows and blankets are NOT included. Pets are allowed in this cabin at a rate of $30.00 per night.
The Verona Vista comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen size bed, and a set of twin bunks. This cabin also features a small refrigerator, microwave, air-conditioner and space heater, small sofa, kitchen table and chairs. Just outside there is a small deck with chairs, picnic table, freestanding grill and fire pit. $115.00 per night, 2 adults and 3 children included in price. Pillows and blankets are NOT included. Pets are allowed in this cabin at a rate of $30.00 per night.
Cabin 56 is air-conditioned and sleeps 6 with a queen size bed, set of twin bunks, and loft with 2 twin mattresses. The loft is accessed by a ladder and is not recommended for young children. this cabin also has a kitchen table and chairs, small refrigerator, and microwave. Outside there is a small porch with a set of chairs, fire pit, freestanding grill, and picnic table. $115.00 per night, includes 2 adults and 3 children. Pillows and blankets are NOT included. Pets are allowed in this cabin at a rate of $30.00 per night.
Cancellation Policy
All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY VIA EMAIL, we will no longer be accepting cancellations over the phone in order to keep documentation of cancellation requests. To cancel, email us at cancellations@rustictimbersdcc.com Please remember all deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to receive a credit voucher. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, we will issue a camping voucher to be applied towards another stay within 1 year of the cancellation date. There will be a $10 processing fee deducted from your deposit amount at the time the voucher is issued. Please note there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy such as weather, breakdowns, illness, death etc. Remember we don’t charge extra for sunshine, so we don’t refund for rain.
Voucher Redemption
If you received a credit voucher for cancelling a site, there will be an available balance on your account in our system for us to apply as payment towards your future reservations good through the following calendar year. Our new system allows you to use your credit voucher when booking online so reservations can be made online or over the phone for voucher redemption. If you think you have a voucher available and are trying to book online but it is not showing up, you will need to call so we can find it and apply to a reservation. If you book online and the voucher is not applied, you will not be issued a refund for your payment and will have to use the voucher during your stay or for another reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
