Site Capacity Rules
We ONLY allow one camper and one tent or two tents on any given site with the exception of the sites that do not allow tents and the tent sites which we do not allow campers. We DO NOT allow two campers to EVER be parked on one single site, any disregard for this rule is cause for immediate removal from the campground. There is a maximum of 8 people allowed on each campsite.
*The tent site pricing is now set up to reflect two tents. This allows families to put a second tent on the site for children, or for two families to each have one tent on a site for reservations wanting to book two families on a site. We do have a maximum of 8 people allowed per site, if you have a need for more people please call and we can discuss the options. Also, If you are just two people booking a site we can make price adjustments for the site but you will need to call to make your reservation. Any reservations made online are required to be paid in full and are non-refundable.
1 tent is allowed on most camp sites for $40.00 per day. Tents NOT allowed on premium full hook up sites 331-339 / 32-33 / 41-45
Site Guarantees
Site numbers are not guaranteed at the time of reservation. Sometimes due to unforeseen complications we may have to switch sites around to fix an issue or to make a site available. Although we do not like to do this sometimes it is necessary. If you wish to be guaranteed a site number of your choosing, there is a $50 Site Lock Fee to be paid in advance along with your normal deposit. The site lock fee is non-refundable if your reservation is canceled. Also, if you are booking as a group and want to be next to each other you MUST call to make reservations, or we cannot guarantee you will be put in sites next to each other.
Holiday Weekends
We do require 3 nights on certain holiday weekends, this year the current holidays that require a 3-night minimum are listed below. These weekends may also have a holiday rate that varies from the normal nightly rate.
- Memorial Day (May 23rd-May 26th)
- Labor Day (August 29th-September 1st)
- Columbus Day (October 10th-October 13th) *our halloween
- The 4th of July holiday will require a 4-night minimum
Cancellation Policy
All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY VIA EMAIL, we will no longer be accepting cancellations over the phone in order to keep documentation of cancellation requests. To cancel, email us at cancellations@rustictimbersdcc.com Please remember all deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to receive a credit voucher. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, we will issue a camping voucher to be applied towards another stay within 1 year of the cancellation date. There will be a $10 processing fee deducted from your deposit amount at the time the voucher is issued. Please note there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy such as weather, breakdowns, illness, death etc. Remember we don’t charge extra for sunshine, so we don’t refund for rain.
Voucher Redemption
If you received a credit voucher for cancelling a site, there will be an available balance on your account in our system for us to apply as payment towards your future reservations good through the following calendar year. Our new system allows you to use your credit voucher when booking online so reservations can be made online or over the phone for voucher redemption. If you think you have a voucher available and are trying to book online but it is not showing up, you will need to call so we can find it and apply to a reservation. If you book online and the voucher is not applied, you will not be issued a refund for your payment and will have to use the voucher during your stay or for another reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
