Deluxe Cabins
Things to pack when you rent a Deluxe cabin:
Things you need to bring include: All bedding including pillows, sheets and blankets. All paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels (we will supply one of each). Paper or plastic plates, cups, and utensils for rustic cabins. Dish rags, bath towels & wash cloths, personal hygiene products, charcoal for the grill and lawn chairs for the campfire.
All premium cabins have a picnic table, charcoal grill, and campfire pit outside. Cabins are furnished WITHOUT LINENS but do include dishes and cooking utensils. All premium cabins have a kitchen and bathroom with shower or tub/shower. There is a loft in some of the cabins, but they are NOT standing lofts, you will have to crawl across in order to get to the beds. All cabins are priced for 2 adults and children, but you may add guests to certain cabins at an additional cost per adult of $10 per night. Deluxe cabins also have a toaster and Keurig coffee maker. All cabins have a 2-night minimum, except on holidays when a 3-night minimum applies. NO SMOKING is permitted in any cabins.
All cabins’ rates include 2 Adults, children and 1 vehicle, there is a fee for any additional adult. Fees as follows:
- Extra Adult $10.00 per night (an adult is considered in any person over the age of 18
- ABSOLUTELY NO tents allowed on any cabin sites

Cancellation Policy
All CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY VIA EMAIL, we will no longer be accepting cancellations over the phone in order to keep documentation of cancellation requests. To cancel, email us at cancellations@rustictimbersdcc.com Please remember all deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date to receive a credit voucher. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, we will issue a camping voucher to be applied towards another stay within 1 year of the cancellation date. There will be a $10 processing fee deducted from your deposit amount at the time the voucher is issued. Please note there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy such as weather, breakdowns, illness, death etc. Remember we don’t charge extra for sunshine, so we don’t refund for rain.
Voucher Redemption
If you received a credit voucher for cancelling a site, there will be an available balance on your account in our system for us to apply as payment towards your future reservations good through the following calendar year. Our new system allows you to use your credit voucher when booking online so reservations can be made online or over the phone for voucher redemption. If you think you have a voucher available and are trying to book online but it is not showing up, you will need to call so we can find it and apply to a reservation. If you book online and the voucher is not applied, you will not be issued a refund for your payment and will have to use the voucher during your stay or for another reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
